The aerodynamic shell is made fromLS2s industry-leadingKinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA). This proprietarymaterial uses nanotechnology to blend microscopic particles of aramidfibres into a high-end polymer. This material is absolute state-of-the-artin energy management materials, offering slight built-in flexibility todisperse energy, the penetration resistance of high-end fibre products, anda lightweight shell. The multi-density EPS again uses the latest in LS2technology, layering and bonding different densities of EPS particles intoa true multi-density liner, with the appropriate densities on the outermostand innermost portion of the energy managing layer.

The eye port iswide, allowing for superior peripheral vision. The face shield usesoptically correct Class A polycarbonate and comes Pinlock Maxready, for the ultimate in fog-resistant technology (Pinlock insertis included). The Storm includes LS2’s Twin-Shield System built-indrop-down sun shield. Large, adjustable ports on the chin bar and at thetop of the helmet work in conjunction with the rear spoiler and sideventures to offer adjustable, dynamic flow-through ventilation. The ventsare ported through the EPS to allow optimum comfort for you by ensuring youremain cool and comfortable.

The comfort padding uses a technicalfabric that wicks moisture and dries quickly, keeping you cooler and morecomfortable on long, hot days. The liner incorporates our Emergency ReleaseSystem, allowing emergency response teams to easily remove the helmet ifever needed. The full-metal buckle on the quick release chin strap makesgetting the helmet on and off a breeze.
